March, the first month of spring. Blizzards are sweeping, rains are pouring, and the sun is shining. A mad weather. The soul would tense for heat, but the body – for actions.
Moscow-97 is preparing to the holiday favored by all the people, «the 8th of March» which at the USSR time was called “the International Women’s Day”. Men give flowers and champagne, women sing, dance, show fashions, hold meetings... and recollect the past. So mad March is… The film is without the narrator’s voice.
