The film is made upon the interview of Maya Plisetczkaya that was taken during her anniversary celebrations. Newsreel shots recreate the key moments of the creative biography of the great ballerina. Epoch and governors, the emblems and hymns were replaced, idols were neglected, but her magic hands and the magnificent jump still went on bewitching the spectators.
